modern stay next to prater

the location is great with the prater amusement park practically next door. the subway station is also easily accessible. It made getting around very convenient. i really liked the breakfast on the seventh floor. It came with a great view.
the pillows in the room were not comfortable at all. they felt quite lumpy. i asked for more pillows, but those were also not great.

the hotel's location is superb; it's very close to the prater amusement park, which is excellent. the subway station is also nearby, giving guests a convenient access to other areas of the city. (i didn't need to use my car!).

I found the staff lovely, it. the chill cafe area downstairs was really nice. I spent a lot of time there. the room design was interesting, it grew on me .
i noticed there was no kettle in the room, nor a mini-bar. i had to go downstairs for hot water when i wanted tea. the staff was quite rude when i asked for some hot water too. the service was not friendly at all.

the family room was spacious. beds designed for children were a great touch. the shower offered an amazing experience. a balcony with a small seating area provided a lovely bonus.
the staff was friendly! but the lack of a kettle or minibar in the rooms meant i had to go downstairs for hot water.

lack of waterpoor air conditioning
I felt quite let down by a couple of things. No water was available in the room. you would expect that, i think? i also had some trouble with the air conditioning. The room never really got cool enough. it got noisy when i opened the windows because of the nearby theme park. it.

The room was big and comfortable it also had a nice café on the ground floor.
There was no kettle in the room I had to go downstairs to reception for hot water this was inconvenient. The staff member I encountered was rude and seemed annoyed when I asked for some lemon slices. It seemed like an inconvenience to them.
